Application Process

Rentalhistoryreports.com processes our applications. You can access the application here.
We require a $50 application fee toward the cost of processing an application.
We screen applicants based on the following criteria:
- Criminal History
- Previous Housing References
- Credit History
- Employment/Income
We require a prelease deposit equal to the monthly rent to hold the apartment through the application process.
This deposit is refunded within seven days if the applicant is denied; otherwise, it becomes the security deposit upon signing a lease.

Leasing Policies

We use the Minnesota Multi Housing Association lease.
Our standard lease length is 12 months.
Subletting is allowed with owner's approval.
Cats are allowed in some buildings, sorry, no dogs.
Our properties are smoke-free.
